I created several pieces based on promotional postcards for Brystan Studios, a small photography studio in Laguna Hills, CA.
The process involved scanning the postcard, enlarging the canvas and extending the background art to blend into the original, then finally adding the promotional message using an appropriate typeface styled to match the one used in the original artwork.
